The Zoological Photographic Club
I am proud to be a member of this group. The ZPC was formed in 1899 and is the oldest wildlife photography club in the world. The club was started by Charles Louis Hett with the simple aim of improving his (and other members) photographic skills. The club is a print group and circulates a set of six folios to which each member adds his or her contribution, comments on the other contributions and then posts it forward to the next member. The folios have been in circulation for over 125 years. Membership is restricted to 28 at any one time. More information on the group can be found on our website.

Nature Photographers Portfolio

In contrast to the ZPC this is an online portfolio hosted on Flickr. Each month members post an image and comment on other members shots. The group is limited to 48 members, divided into two online folios. The groups was started in the 1940’s and remains a strong group.
